Personal Progress File is

the creation and maintenance of the documentation for the National Record
of Achievement (NRA), the nationally recognised format for the recording
of academic and vocational achievement in the United Kingdom.
The NRA is not only a record of past
achievements, but also a vehicle for action planning and an excellent
motivational tool which through the acknowledgement of existing skills,
promotes self awareness and develops planning abilities which can help
individuals to take greater responsibility for their own learning. It
is intended as a continually evolving document to support personal development
throughout life. It is also invaluable when applying for jobs, or college or university
places.
